Au pied du podium tous les deux le mois dernier dans le Gloucestershire, In The Pocket et Luccia ont les moyens de jouer un très bon rôle dans cette épreuve, tout comme Found A Fifty, qui a dévoilé de très belles qualités lors de ses deux premières tentatives sur les obstacles. Altobelli, qui n'a toujours pas connu la défaite, Hullnback, net lauréat à Warwick pour son unique sortie de l'année, et Tahmuras, à ne pas condamner même s'il vient d'échouer à Cheltenham, peuvent également se mêler à la bataille pour le podium. Ancien pensionnaire de Philippe Decouz, Rubaud est un outsider à ne pas négliger pour un accessit.
